Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the key day-to-day client interface for mission-critical data center and digital infrastructure projects across multiple U.S. markets. Deliver value-added cost management by producing and updating cost plans, estimating and negotiating change orders, supporting design/GC teams with cost estimates, and managing cost variances, valuations, contingency, and final accounts. Provide monthly cost reports and lead engineering priority and value engineering sessions while traveling onsite 25–50% as needed.
