Job Summary

Lead data engineering efforts for the Enterprise Analytics CoE, consolidating and warehousing data from multiple sources, delivering near real-time insights through Power BI, Tableau, and dashboards. Collaborate with engineering teams on Databricks, Python, and SQL, ensuring data quality and enrichment across Workday, Oracle, Ariba/Coupa, Amex, and more to drive supplier spend and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards using multiple data sources within the DASP data lake or similar visualization tools
•Collaborate with Engineering to create Databricks and SQL codes for daily data upload activities
•Ensure daily and monthly data gathering tasks from multiple sources are completed in a timely manner
•Validate data accuracy and ensure data from all sources is warehoused appropriately (DASP/SQL); support data enrichment efforts
•Provide training and knowledge transfer on data visualization best practices and dashboard design; support stakeholders with data-driven insights

Key Requirements

•5-7 years hands-on experience in data visualization and analytics, with demonstrated ability to develop dashboards using Power BI and Tableau from multiple data sources
•Strong knowledge of Databricks, Power Platform, Microsites and Python for data extraction, warehousing, and enrichment
•Advanced Excel skills (dynamic graphs, 3-axis charts, Waterfall charts) and ability to work with SQL codes for daily data upload activities
•Experience with data sources such as Workday, Oracle, Ariba/Coupa, Amex, Expense, etc., and ability to ensure data is warehoused in the Data Analytics Services Platform (DASP) or SQL where appropriate
•Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills; ability to train team members and provide stakeholder support
