Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead Aldar Development’s overall Commercial strategy, integrating inputs across Sales, CX, Marketing, and Operations.
  • •Cascade the Commercial strategy to all business units, ensuring alignment and assisting in developing departmental scorecards and strategic initiatives.
  • •Lead strategic planning processes including market assessments, financial modelling, and competitive analysis.
  • •Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives within the Commercial function.
  • •Act as primary contact for senior leadership on commercial strategy, performance, and operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree/MBA strongly preferred
  • •Min 12+ years of strategy and analytics experience in a large multinational company, real estate firm, or top-tier management consultancy
  • •Min 4+ years of managerial experience leading strategy and analytics teams
  • •Deep expertise in strategy deployment frameworks and GCC real estate market dynamics
  • •Advanced data analytics and BI skills (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, CRM platforms) and strong financial modelling/forecasting capabilities
