Create knowledge articles, contribute to operational improvements, and coach junior engineers on advanced troubleshooting, best practices, and automation inputs, including disaster recovery support.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure client infrastructure is secure, robust, and running smoothly by configuring, installing, testing, and maintaining assigned environments.
•Proactively identify, resolve, and investigate technical incidents and problems to determine root causes.
•Handle third-line support calls and high-complexity tickets, delivering advanced solutions and driving operational improvements.
•Create knowledge articles for recurring issues and train junior team members to execute tasks effectively.
•Coach and mentor junior engineers; provide inputs to automation teams and support disaster recovery functions as needed.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience handling complex security infrastructure in a managed services environment.
•Strong IT engineering background, preferably within medium to large ICT organizations.
•Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent qualification or equivalent work experience.
