Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, launch, and manage original events from A to Z in collaboration with your team lead.
  • •Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key strategic experiences.
  • •Identify, develop, and negotiate partnerships with venues and external stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to bring events to life, including ticket sales and coverage impact.
  • •Communicate product and process needs to HQ and help scale best practices to other cities, with possible travel across markets.

  • •5+ years in a project management role, consulting background, or entertainment project management.
  • •Fluency in German and English.

  • •Highly organized and efficient, able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
