Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve attribution architecture by merging multi-touch attribution (MTA) with media mix modeling (MMM) into a unified performance and organic TOFU view.
  • •Architect predictive LTV and churn models and ensure these signals feed into ad platforms and algorithmic bidding engines for efficiency.
  • •Drive annual and quarterly executive planning by building macroeconomic forecasting models that guide global budget allocation and ROI expectations.
  • •Establish global standards for measuring non-paid marketing initiatives (e.g., Share of Voice and brand sentiment) and optimize the end-to-end B2B funnel.
  • •Maintain marketing data integrity as the “single source of truth” by partnering with Data Engineering and RevOps on upstream infrastructure across HubSpot, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
