Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver micro-consulting to help customers solve business needs using Workday applications.
  • •Assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide configuration.
  • •Provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips to accelerate feature adoption.
  • •Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements and optimize configurations.
  • •Create and deliver customer presentations (e.g., Accelerator Webinars) and conduct enablement services such as office hours and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of IT implementation experience.
  • •8+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
  • •2+ years of software consulting experience.
  • •Workday Certification in HCM and familiarity with at least one of Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, or Payroll.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred.
