Job Summary

Work directly with Workday Success Plans customers through targeted micro-consulting engagements to solve business needs after go-live. Act as a trusted Workday advisor by answering how-to questions, troubleshooting and guiding configuration, and delivering feature demonstrations and customer presentations. Conduct research, troubleshoot product configuration, maintain Workday product expertise and certifications, review customer tenants for adoption opportunities, and support enablement services including office hours, reviews, and deployments.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver micro-consulting to help customers solve business needs using Workday applications.
•Assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide configuration.
•Provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips to accelerate feature adoption.
•Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer business requirements and optimize configurations.
•Create and deliver customer presentations (e.g., Accelerator Webinars) and conduct enablement services such as office hours and reviews.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of IT implementation experience.
•8+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
•2+ years of software consulting experience.
•Workday Certification in HCM and familiarity with at least one of Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, or Payroll.
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred.
