Key Responsibilities

  • •Help establish secure deployment, upgrade, and lifecycle management for Sovereign Cloud non-production security infrastructure as part of a growing Security Engineering team.
  • •Drive disciplined, standardized security processes and tools, identifying trade-offs in security deployment plans and operational decisions.
  • •Manage development and automation of security solutions aligned with security strategy.
  • •Strengthen best practices for automated provisioning of foundational cloud infrastructure and Sovereign Cloud-ready SAP products using Terraform.
  • •Design security concepts for global infrastructure management and keep the team’s knowledge base current on hyperscaler capabilities and modern infrastructure management tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,300 - 374,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years of software development experience across the SDLC, including hands-on infrastructure, application, or database migration.
  • •Strong experience with infrastructure firewalls, load balancers, storage, monitoring, security, and IAM, plus orchestration to develop cloud solutions.
  • •Working knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD tools, and Git.
  • •Experience securing products on AWS and Azure; Kubernetes familiarity and exposure to NIST/ISO compliance frameworks are preferred.
