Job Summary

Represent the brand in-store by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. Greet customers, convert shoppers into buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Provide product education, maintain inventory and merchandising standards, and handle POS/billing, cash till procedures, and refunds. Support daily store operations by assisting with opening/closing, guiding entry-level sales associates, and following SOPs and loss prevention policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent the brand in-store by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
•Greet customers, help them select products, convert window shoppers to buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
•Educate customers on product features, advantages, benefits, materials, and care instructions; stay updated on group brands for suggestive selling.
•Handle daily retail operations including POS/billing counter, receipts/refunds/change, cash till tallying, and inventory inward/outward reporting.
•Supervise and lead by providing guidance, mentorship, and training to entry-level sales associates; assist with opening/closing and follow SOPs and loss prevention policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills to support a welcoming customer experience.
•Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience in a sales role (preferred).
•Strong product knowledge and ability to educate customers on features, benefits, materials, and care instructions.
•Ability to work extended hours during the Sale period.
•Ability to maintain minimal stock loss and support loss prevention policies.
