Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the brand in-store by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience.
  • •Greet customers, help them select products, convert window shoppers to buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
  • •Educate customers on product features, advantages, benefits, materials, and care instructions; stay updated on group brands for suggestive selling.
  • •Handle daily retail operations including POS/billing counter, receipts/refunds/change, cash till tallying, and inventory inward/outward reporting.
  • •Supervise and lead by providing guidance, mentorship, and training to entry-level sales associates; assist with opening/closing and follow SOPs and loss prevention policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills to support a welcoming customer experience.
