Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of technical, asset-replacement, and infrastructural projects on site within a live industrial and laboratory environment.
  • •Serve as the client’s single operational point of contact; manage expectations, communication cadence, and steering committee/status meetings.
  • •Ensure project governance: enforce PM methodology (stage gates, templates, change control, closeout), control scope, and prevent scope creep.
  • •Manage portfolio delivery through planning, critical path management, interdependencies, and budget adherence (CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting, variances).
  • •Lead people and safety management: HR line responsibility, on-site presence/coverage, live risk/issue escalation, contractor coordination, and compliant handover to operations/maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
  • •PMP certification (PMI) required or in progress; PRINCE2 acceptable.
  • •7–10+ years managing technical or infrastructural projects, including at least 3 years in a team-lead or PMO-type role.
  • •Working knowledge of HSE regulations relevant to industrial and laboratory sites.
  • •Experience with project controls tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and ERP/CAPEX systems.
