Job Summary

Early-career AI engineers will design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients by building AI agents, designing agent intelligence, and supporting end-to-end technical lifecycles with JavaScript, Python, and Apex. You’ll work in a builder pod with mentorship, travel 25-50%, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real-world impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies, building production-ready solutions (Agentforce)
•Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture leveraging AI/LLM technologies
•Support the full technical lifecycle: architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex
•Drive strategic impact by partnering with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions
•Iterate and deploy: test, break, fix, and ship features with ownership from day one

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
•AI-native with hands-on experience in LLMs and prompt engineering
•Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and Real-Time Infra
•Willingness to travel 25-50% and work directly with customers
•Fluent in Norwegian and English
