Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage incoming material quality to ensure materials meet company and customer quality requirements.
  • •Establish, improve, and continuously optimize IQC inspection standards and inspection processes, including AQL standards, inspection specifications, and work instructions.
  • •Organize and supervise IQC inspection activities and handle incoming material abnormalities, including nonconforming product review, MRB disposition, returns, and concession acceptance.
  • •Gather and report supplier performance metrics (monthly ppm defects, supplier spill incidents, speed of response, and cost of non-conformance) and lead analysis and improvement with corrective actions.
  • •Provide daily management of the IQC team (training, performance evaluation, capability development) and collaborate with R&D, Procurement, SQE, Production, and other departments to drive upstream quality improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or above, preferably in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or related fields.
  • •At least 5 years of quality-related experience in electronics manufacturing or telecom power supply, including 2–3 years as an IQC Supervisor or equivalent management role.
  • •Proficiency in incoming material inspection processes and AQL sampling standards.
  • •Familiarity with inspection methods for electronic components, mechanical/structural parts, and outsourced processed parts.
  • •Proficiency with quality tools including Seven QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and MSA, plus negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
