Job Summary

Build the operational infrastructure from scratch for a fast-growing fintech powering bank account opening and onboarding. Own cross-team coordination, workload visibility with early risk detection, operational cadence (syncs, kickoffs, follow-ups, reviews), staffing/project coordination during changes, and vendor/logistics management for offices, contracts, approvals, and travel. Partner daily with the founder and team leads to keep the company scaling smoothly without people falling through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain cross-team visibility into who is working on what across product, design, engineering, and implementations; coordinate staffing when new banks arrive.
•Build and run a lightweight system for weekly workload visibility and delivery risk; surface early warning signs before issues become emergencies.
•Own the company’s operational rhythm: agendas for leads syncs, scheduled cycle kickoffs, tracked action items, documented OOO plans, and 90-day reviews.
•Coordinate staffing and project handoffs when projects change, people go on PTO, or customer escalations need routing; keep coverage maps current.
•Manage vendor and logistics tasks including office space coordination, software contracts, expense approvals, and travel booking for offsites and team meetups in collaboration with People Operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 180,000 annually
