Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cross-team visibility into who is working on what across product, design, engineering, and implementations; coordinate staffing when new banks arrive.
  • •Build and run a lightweight system for weekly workload visibility and delivery risk; surface early warning signs before issues become emergencies.
  • •Own the company’s operational rhythm: agendas for leads syncs, scheduled cycle kickoffs, tracked action items, documented OOO plans, and 90-day reviews.
  • •Coordinate staffing and project handoffs when projects change, people go on PTO, or customer escalations need routing; keep coverage maps current.
  • •Manage vendor and logistics tasks including office space coordination, software contracts, expense approvals, and travel booking for offsites and team meetups in collaboration with People Operations.
