Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and accurate processing of goods receipts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor payments in line with company policies and accounting principles.
  • •Troubleshoot blocked invoices and GR/PO imbalances; conduct root-cause analysis and drive timely resolution.
  • •Monitor the Parked Credit report and coordinate cross-department resources to resolve items.
  • •Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing variances, and payment issues through gap analysis and action plans.
  • •Act as P2P stewardship and training owner, provide site trainings, and serve as the liaison with Global Internal Auditing (GIA) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 34.82 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Data Analysis is preferred.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and Coupa is preferred.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
  • •High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
