Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment.
  • •Practice safe job practices and maintain accurate paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required and maintain the service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with knowledge of construction equipment and schematics/diagrams.
  • •Experience with field service, maintenance, and repair is preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Must pass a 10-panel drug screen and meet safety/physical requirements (lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping/bending/standing).
