Team Lead – Port and Quality

Lead port and rail interface activities to manage product quality, ensure SHEQ compliance, and optimize value through train offloading, stockpile management, blending, and vessel loading. Prepare and evaluate port and load plans, quality approvals, schedules, and reporting, while collecting port intelligence to advise marketing. Manage and develop direct reports and coordinate stakeholders across terminals, sampling, stevedores, trucking, and the quality department.
