Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the design process to meet approved corporate operational design objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field.
  • •6-8 years of experience in design management within real estate or project development.
  • •Experience managing projects from concept to implementation stages.
  • •Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
