Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
  • •Elicit, analyse, and document requirements for systems integration projects, including mapping current-state and future-state processes.
  • •Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data flows, and interface specifications.
  • •Support the design and delivery of integrations between systems, including data exchange and interoperability requirements.
  • •Support testing activities such as test planning, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and validation of delivered solutions.
