Own finance and client asset custody for Kraken’s VARA-regulated Dubai VASP entity. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual management and financial accounting, VARA regulatory reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and audit liaison. Oversee daily reconciliations of client money and virtual assets, reserve coverage workbooks, breach and wind-down playbooks, and control frameworks to safeguard client assets and ensure compliance in a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
