Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, oversight, and proactive management of all business-unit finance functions (FP&A and G&A).
  • •Develop and monitor progress against the Annual Operating Plan; manage forecasting and headcount planning for state compliance.
  • •Identify month-end financial drivers and deliver performance/result reviews with variance rationale and forecast impact to senior management.
  • •Lead medical cost trend analysis and medical cost improvement initiatives.
  • •Perform financial impact analysis for new contracts, support negotiations, and oversee/prioritize pricing models and corporate contribution activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
