Co-architect solutions with Solutions Architects and Engineering to improve adoption, usage expansion, and long-term AI strategy—while driving go-to-market impact across teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the product leader for critical lighthouse accounts pushing GenAI use cases.
•Engage directly with AI-native and enterprise customers to understand needs, goals, and requirements.
•Co-architect tailored solutions with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and Engineering/Product teams.
•Advise customers on long-term AI strategies and drive end-to-end customer journeys across teams.
•Drive the product roadmap by turning customer insights into product feedback and future feature development.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Strong technical background (CS/EE or prior SWE experience) and familiarity with LLMs, inference needs, and agents.
•5+ years of experience as a product manager or SWE, currently at or above Senior PM or SWE level, ideally on a developer-facing product.
•Excellent ability to communicate with customers and navigate complex, high-stakes scenarios.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Self-starter with an entrepreneurial sense of ownership and a bias toward getting things done.
