Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely perform highway, utility, grade, crusher, and plant labor tasks at job sites per supervisor instructions.
  • •Prepare job sites (e.g., remove debris, prepare ground surfaces, excavate trenches, set markers) and set up safety barriers, fencing, and cones.
  • •Assist with paving/asphalt work and utility tasks including shoveling, leveling, cutting pipe to size, guiding placement, and assembling connections (as applicable).
  • •Maintain cleanliness and safety of tools, equipment, and work areas; perform required maintenance and basic repairs as assigned.
