Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist technicians with scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repairs for equipment/vehicles and workshop-maintained plant.
  • •Plan individual tasks daily in the assigned area while maintaining proper workshop housekeeping and tool care.
  • •Diagnose and repair faults/defects during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • •Record shift work details in the log book/work order and support updates in the Maintenance Management System.
  • •Assist with ULD repairs/assembly and facility equipment maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), including GPU/PCA and generator maintenance/repair.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years experience in Facilities/Maintenance (Auto/Electric Mechanic).
  • •2 years trade certificate course in an engineering field.
  • •Maintenance experience in Facilities/Auto/Electric/Civil within a large maintenance organization, ideally aviation ground support and/or cargo handling.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electronic/automobile/air-con & refrigeration systems and experience maintaining Ground Support Equipment or heavy vehicles.
  • •Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written).
