Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Package Manager for defined scopes within larger programs, accountable for delivery of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • •Coordinate and integrate multi-discipline teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution aligned with program objectives.
  • •Develop and manage detailed package execution plans, including deliverable tracking, interface management, and resource allocation.
  • •Lead package-level schedule development and reporting; manage package budgets with forecasting, earned value tracking, and variance analysis.
  • •Coordinate procurement for assigned packages, oversee vendor/subcontractor performance, manage risks/opportunities, and support change management, reporting, and closeout/lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major (or equivalent experience in a technical/engineering firm).
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a package/project management role in the A/E/C or EPC industry.
  • •Strong understanding of the project delivery process within the A/E/C or EPC industry and experience managing packages/projects.
  • •Highly proficient analytical and organizational skills with business acumen to bridge business and project management.
  • •Highly proficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills for assessments and calculations using package/project management principles.
