Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full recruitment cycle for Operational roles including Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Planning, Finance (sourcing, selecting, assessments, interviewing, hiring)
  • •Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key business customers to establish current and future hiring needs
  • •Responsible for Early Careers recruitment like the GMT traineeship and apprenticeships, and the planning of live and online events and career fairs
  • •Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies)
  • •Lead the Talent Acquisition Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda and Inclusive Hiring policy, ensuring the achievement of our diversity KPIs
