Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead organizational integration of program/project processes and methodologies aligned to strategic vision.
  • •Provide thought leadership to develop and enhance enterprise program/project management methods, tools, and templates.
  • •Lead program steering committees with senior management and program sponsors to build cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • •Oversee operational planning components and collaborate with senior leadership/line of business stakeholders to support execution methodology for technical and business work.
  • •Establish success metrics, adhere to EPMO standards and change management methodology, and ensure risks are identified, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •10 years of progressive program/project management leadership, process improvement and/or consulting for large strategic efforts.
  • •6 years of people leadership experience building, managing, and/or developing high-performing teams.
  • •Extensive experience managing complex strategic programs/projects through the lifecycle from conception through rollout and ongoing support, preferably in a financial institution.
  • •Experience delivering executive-level change management and strategic-level change in complex, multi-channel, multi-product environments using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
