Job Summary

Lead LATAM Impact strategy by translating global commitments across AI for Impact, sustainability, education, and employee impact into localized programs. Drive regional policy and advocacy in partnership with Government Affairs, build philanthropic and ecosystem connections, and represent the “Voice of LATAM” within the global Impact Team. Support AI sustainability and AI for impact customer engagements, collaborate with public sector stakeholders, and execute regional impact storytelling and event programming across LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end LATAM Impact strategy, translating global commitments into localized programs.
•Lead the regional policy and advocacy agenda in collaboration with Government Affairs, targeting public sector stakeholders.
•Identify LATAM high-impact grantee opportunities and impact startups, connecting them to Salesforce philanthropy, technology, and global platforms.
•Support AI sustainability and AI for impact customer engagements, integrating Impact narratives into strategic account engagements.
•Serve as a regional spokesperson by authoring thought leadership and op-eds and executing impact narrative programming at regional and global events.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in corporate responsibility and sustainability.
•Deep sustainability expertise, including familiarity with LATAM regulatory landscape (carbon markets, AI ethics, environmental law).
•Trilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
•A robust existing network across regional governments, NGOs, development banks, and the sustainability community in LATAM.
•Exceptional stakeholder management skills, acting as a trusted advisor to executives and leadership.
