Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Process teller transactions and support the Financial Center platform staff while meeting customer experience and production goals and maintaining confidentiality and ethics.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Ability to use consultative sales activities to acquire new households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
