  • •Increase net present value of the relationship with assigned territory customers by driving near-term revenue and positioning for future wins.
  • •Lead and develop direct reports and manage a leadership team across a dispersed field-based workforce.
  • •Drive safety outcomes by developing/deploying safety programs, maintaining safety policy compliance, and ensuring safety equipment availability.
  • •Own budgeting and procurement of capital equipment, execute sales quotes, control costs, leverage subcontractors, manage inventory, and manage receivables; develop profit plans and monthly forecasts.
