Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare required documents for container loading and discharge to and from vessels.
  • •Monitor vessel operations to ensure they are carried out efficiently, accurately, and safely.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and evaluate day-to-day labor and equipment requirements to keep operations cost effective.
  • •Identify successes and variances and advise on how to deal with operational issues.
  • •Liaise with yard, gate, rail, vessel planners, agents, port captains, and ship officers/crew to maximize yard utilization and efficiency.
