Key Responsibilities

  • •Frame and construct structures such as fences, stairs, decks, walls, floors, sheds, and concrete forms.
  • •Build and support various MEP projects.
  • •Perform earthwork, demolition, clearing, and cleaning using equipment.
  • •Layout, install, repair, finish, and maintain structures, fixtures, and buildings, including basic concrete repairs.
  • •Operate forklifts/boom lifts and other heavy equipment while adhering to safety guidelines and keeping tools and materials in working condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of residential, commercial, or civil construction experience.
