  • •Lead commercial outcomes via contractual levers, disciplined negotiation strategies, scope/budget controls, and outsourced/offshore contracting capabilities.
  • •Drive pre-construction planning, proposal development, supplier engagement, and pricing strategy aligned with internal partners and execution strategy.
