Manage user accounts, support equipment inventory and procurement, assist with application and upgrade rollouts, and maintain IT documentation. Key Responsibilities

•Provide first- and second-line technical support to on-site and remote employees.
•Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and peripherals.
•Respond to and resolve IT service issues and requests in a timely, professional manner.
•Manage user accounts, including setup for new starters and updates for existing staff.
•Maintain IT asset inventory, assist with procurement and equipment replacements, and support application/system rollouts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in an IT support role or a similar position.
•Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, mobile devices, and related technology products.
•Familiarity with both Windows and macOS environments.
•Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
•IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional) or relevant degree is desirable.
