Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end facility, real estate, and energy project management from planning and execution through financial closure to achieve cost efficiency.
•Deploy technology improvements for facilities and handle systematic analysis/resolution of technical issues using Six Sigma and Honeywell operating systems (HOS).
•Manage Building Management System (BMS) operations across locations to ensure system functionality as desired, including preventive maintenance and facility/equipment health.
•Perform design validation for add-on projects covering HVAC, electrical, Fire Hydrant System (FHS), and Fire Alarm/Public Address system (FAPA).
•Evaluate and onboard vendors, run internal/external quality audits, manage customer issues, and ensure site safety and HSE procedures with timely closure of recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor of Engineering (any discipline) with 10–12 years of relevant experience in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronics.
•Alternatively, a diploma in engineering with 12–15 years of relevant experience.
•Demonstrated experience in progressively challenging and responsible roles.
•Strong technical and administrative knowledge in facility operations and real estate projects.
