  • •Collaborate and translate customer insights from Ops into clear technical requirements, breaking down complex problems into scoped deliverables that move the needle for patients and providers.
  • •Own team-level OKRs: manage scope, unblock engineers, and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
  • •Rapidly ship MVPs and drive continuous improvement on performance, reliability, and user delight.
  • •Establish and uphold engineering best practices: architecture reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and on-call rotations.
