Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a consultant to leadership teams for assigned client groups, ensuring HR strategies, standards, and policies are implemented.
  • •Provide strategic advisory and data-driven recommendations on organizational structure, compensation, and performance management.
  • •Partner on workforce planning to assess future talent needs and identify critical skill gaps and resource requirements.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development services for assigned sites.
  • •Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices, including compliance with local and federal legal requirements and support investigations into workplace conduct.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience.
  • •Advanced English level.
  • •Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline (preferred).
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facilitation and presentation.
  • •Experience as a facilitator and change leader with effective change management leadership.
