Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for Visa Destinations portfolios.
  • •Lead development and evolution of digital platform capabilities and experiences, including website/digital, martech/content, loyalty/benefits, and partner ecosystems.
  • •Partner with Technology and Design teams to create scalable platform solutions, translate objectives into product requirements/user stories, and evaluate build/buy/partner options.
  • •Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, establishing operating mechanisms to improve transparency, accountability, and delivery predictability.
  • •Act as a senior product lead for technology/platform/service partners, influencing roadmaps and holding partners accountable to commitments, quality, service levels, and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •10+ years in product management, platform development, digital product leadership, or related experience.
  • •Proven success leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch.
  • •Experience building and scaling digital platforms, customer experiences, or ecosystem-based solutions.
  • •Strong product management discipline (roadmaps, prioritization, business cases, product lifecycle management) and experience managing technology vendors/partners.
