Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle procurement development and execution of diverse contractual actions to meet operational needs and achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
  • •Provide complex technical advice and support to contract proponents from requirements conception through execution to termination of contracts.
  • •Review contractual issues objectively, resolve change orders, and develop/review contract types and agreements for projects.
  • •Conduct market analysis to determine best contract types and provide alternatives.
  • •Implement Saudi Aramco Procurement Manual for all contracts and monitor compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business/Public Administration, Law, Finance, Supply Chain Management or MIS; advanced degree preferred.
  • •12 years of experience in contracts development and administration for capital projects in refining and petrochemical industries; recognized as an expert.
  • •CIPS, ISM, APICS or equivalent certification.
  • •Mastery understanding of international project procedures, bidding, procurement, construction, and contract practices.
  • •Experience working on large, complex projects with multinational teams and ability to mobilize to different locations, including remote areas as needed.
