  • •Provide industry-leading client service in person and on the phone while developing and expanding new and existing client relationships.
  • •Offer financial solutions that meet client needs based on consultative conversations and referrals for additional growth opportunities.
  • •Support the team sales process through consultative conversations and handling or referring more complex client needs or goals.
  • •Participate in established retail community bank leadership routines and complete required teller duties as needed.
