Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for MEP works across all project stages.
  • •Advise on MEP building services systems costs (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, building management systems) and support value engineering.
  • •Prepare tender documentation for key MEP trade packages and support tender evaluations, quotation comparisons, and commercial assessments.
  • •Manage variations, change orders, and cost adjustments; review contractor claims, progress valuations, and payment submissions throughout construction.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports, financial forecasts, and cash flow updates; track expenditure, forecast final costs, and support final account negotiations and close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •5–10 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management.
  • •Proven experience managing MEP packages within high-rise residential, mixed-use, and/or commercial/hospitality/large-scale building projects.
  • •Experience within the Vietnam construction market is highly preferred.
  • •Consultancy, developer, contractor, or project management consultancy experience will be considered.
