Job Summary

Own strategic partners’ day-to-day digital operations within the BEES marketplace platform, including managing partner stores and commercial assets. Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver on partner initiatives. Monitor performance metrics, build dashboards and data-driven recommendations, and run recurring governance updates. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.

•Manage strategic partners’ day-to-day online operations within the BEES platform to ensure an excellent digital experience.
•Set up and maintain partner stores, including digital communications, promotions, catalogs, campaigns, and in-app content.
•Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Technology, Commercial, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver projects on time.
•Serve as the main operational point of contact for assigned partners and support their digital transformation journey.
•Monitor performance, analyze operational/commercial metrics, and develop reports/dashboards and action plans to improve partner results.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Good communication in English.

•Strong analytical/logical reasoning skills to translate data into actionable business insights.
•Experience supporting digital commerce/marketplace, retail media, commercial operations, e-commerce, customer success, or similar environments.
