Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large customer-facing projects across Cisco technologies, coordinating scope, schedule, and budgets. Partner with SDMs/CXMs and delivery teams, apply PMI/Agile methods, manage risk and governance, and drive customer adoption and value realization across multiple workstreams in a hybrid Minato, Japan environment.

•Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large projects or components of programs.
•Manage multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with Cisco’s operational processes and reporting standards.

•Own project representation in Cisco’s business systems (e.g., financial forecast, partner engagement status).
•Collaborate with SDMs and sales to coordinate contract changes, governance, and knowledge transfer.

•Strong stakeholder management with native Japanese and business-level English.
