Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and help critical site launch efforts for People and Production leaders in an ambiguous environment.
  • •Define and drive the Day-1 readiness checklist across IT, facilities, HR, and Operations, coordinating workforce implementation and communications.
  • •Build trust across diverse cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and achieve seamless site expansions and building launches.
  • •Develop structured processes using project briefs, trackers, and data mapping to ensure timely, on-schedule delivery.
  • •Own operational projects end-to-end from Definition through Solution and Implementation, using qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years of experience in management consulting, change management, internal operations, or program management.
  • •Strong foundation in project management and change management with an executive-level presence.
  • •Experience partnering with production partners to support manufacturing at scale.
  • •Ability to solve complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
