Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, document, and implement standard manufacturing processes, procedures, and processing controls to meet quality standards in a cost-efficient way.
  • •Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing to resolve production and quality issues, collaborating with machine repair teams on root causes and preventive maintenance.
  • •Partner with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager to develop and execute projects aligned with the Identifications Enterprise Lean Sigma journey.
  • •Optimize direct and indirect manufacturing labor and in-plant material flow using industrial engineering methods, while managing equipment validation run-offs and special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field (Mechanical/Industrial) and 2+ years of experience in an engineering function within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Solid technical knowledge of Electronic Systems (wiring diagrams, schematics, PLC logic) and Mechanical Systems (cams, torque requirements).
  • •Strong understanding of process documentation and process improvement.
  • •Proficiency with applicable computer systems (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • •Excellent math, analytical, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
