Job Summary

Own vendor relations to help ensure services are delivered according to SLAs and contractual performance requirements. Negotiate and manage vendor service level agreements, analyze vendor performance, and support contract renewals and lifecycle compliance. Develop supplier guidelines and preferred vendor catalogs, maintain performance metrics, and implement service improvements. Coordinate escalation points with client and vendors and analyze spending and inventory trends to identify potential savings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and update vendor contract requirements based on new or changed business needs and services.
•Negotiate service level agreements with vendors and ensure required contracts are agreed and signed.
•Analyze vendor performance against contracts and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders on service delivery.
•Manage contract renewals and coordinate vendor/client escalation points to ensure continuous SLA delivery.
•Develop and enforce supplier/outsourcer guidelines and performance metrics, and implement vendor service improvements.

Key Requirements

•Advanced demonstrated contract/supplier management experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
•5 years of experience in a similar field, with strong vendor management and procurement background.
•Advanced understanding of contract lifecycle management and experience balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Bachelor's degree in business management, IT certification, business administration, or a related IT field; ITIL certification is preferable.
