Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the global team to manage end-to-end production of financial promotional materials and marketing assets.
•Lead and guide global campaigns, events, and related activities.
•Ensure marketing assets are brand approved and compliant with local guidelines, including regulatory approval coordination.
•Maintain disclaimers, compliance evidence for audit trails, and monthly updates of marketing collateral for local content platforms.
•Drive process improvements, improve service level agreements, maintain monthly dashboards and project reporting, and manage institutional segment campaigns across markets with vendor collaboration.

Key Requirements

•MBA degree with product marketing experience, strong project management skills, and experience managing leadership stakeholders.
•At least 5 years of Asset Management experience in an asset management or similar financial services company.
•Marketing compliance experience and the ability to work in a regulated industry with complex procedures and processes.
•Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to manage shifting priorities and cross-functional, matrixed execution.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, people management capability, and working knowledge of layout skills, SharePoint, and digital marketing; AI program experience is preferred.
