Key Responsibilities

•Continuously improve the program of common sales processes (including content, tools, MOS, metrics, and operational tactics) to drive near-term world-class sales performance.
•Develop, deploy, and maintain a common curriculum and inventory of sales processes and solutions for Salesforce deployment, opportunity pipeline, and account planning.
•Own pipeline management and related processes, including order intake improvement.
•Provide bi-weekly pipeline updates and analyses for regional, global, and executive reviews; communicate actionable insights to leadership.
•Analyze, audit, and assess efficacy of sales metrics, measurements, and scorekeeping; identify opportunities to improve win rates and accelerate cycle times.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Marketing/Business/Engineering/Project Management
•MBA is preferable
•Extensive experience in Sales Enablement/Operations/Commercial Excellence or related roles
•Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple data sources
•Experience working in multinational environments with diverse teams and excellent analytical skills
