Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with the customer project team to design, configure, and deploy functional requirements.
  • •Serve as an expert in Workday Financial Management and configure Workday based on client business requirements.
  • •Demonstrate configurations through prototypes, assist clients in testing, and support successful production go-live referenceability.
  • •Convert legacy data into Workday to enable implementation readiness.
  • •Understand Workday implementation methodology, mentor new consultants, and provide engagement status reports to the Engagement Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years implementing financial and/or expense management ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Lawson, etc.) as a consultant or customer.
  • •Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • •Functional expertise in at least one area such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Expense Management, Financial Reporting, or Budgeting.
  • •Bachelor degree or relevant experience required.
  • •Valid project management experience and strong business analysis/requirements gathering skills.
