Key Responsibilities

•Lead creation of UK-focused design assets across campaigns, social, web, product visuals, and marketing materials.
•Execute and evolve the UK brand identity, adapting visual language for different UK audiences while maintaining clarity, consistency, and premium quality.
•Work closely with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver effective, on-brand work and partner with the Creative Manager on brand direction.
•Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to raise overall creative quality and support team-wide improvement through best practices.
•Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines, templates, and design systems; improve workflows, tooling, and design efficiency while ensuring top-tier execution and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 35,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence.
•Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
•Experience with or strong interest in motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
•Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers.
