Job Summary

Maintain and improve equipment and facilities by performing planned maintenance and emergency repairs across the manufacturing site. Follow EHS procedures, complete maintenance documentation, and troubleshoot issues impacting safety, waste, quality, and throughput. Carry out preventative and predictive maintenance using mechanical and electrical knowledge (motors, controls, power distribution, drives, PLC hardware) and support continuous improvement teams. Schedule is Sunday–Friday 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform planned maintenance and emergency repairs for equipment and facilities across the manufacturing site.
•Follow EHS procedures (e.g., LOTO, safe work permits) and maintain a clean, high-performance work station.
•Complete required maintenance paperwork, including logging time, parts/problems, and predictive maintenance worksheets.
•Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance and repairs using mechanical and electrical knowledge (hydraulic/pneumatic systems, control systems, power distribution, motors, drives, PLC hardware).
•Troubleshoot and correct safety, waste, quality, and throughput issues; participate in continuous improvement teams as required.

Key Requirements

•Follow EHS guidelines for routine and non-routine work, including LOTO and safe work permits.
•High school diploma (or equivalent) with military/trade/technical/vocational training.
•5 to 7 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing facility with electrical fundamentals, motors/controls, measurement devices, PLC hardware, and mechanical fundamentals.
•Experience covering power transmission plus pneumatic and hydraulic components.
•Ability to support scheduled maintenance activities and organized maintenance days.
